NEW MOON CIRCLE
The new moon is your reset, a potent time to create and regenerate. This circle is intended to be a harbor for your soul, a haven for your monkey mind, and a reset for your manifestations.
Just like a blank canvas, the dark sky of a new moon is a time of vast potential. We will dedicate this time to ponder on and refine our intentions and what we want to manifest in the new lunar cycle.
We will open the circle with gentle movement to arrive in our bodies, followed by a moment of stillness in meditation.
Enjoy time to journal and the option to pick tarot cards to help set intentions and refine what it is we want to manifest.
With a clear mind and defined thoughts, we will enter a deeper breathwork session.
We will then have more time to journal before closing our circle with the option to share our experiences and connect in community.

Intro to Ayurveda & Healthy Living
with Abby Flynn
Saturday November 16th 4-6:15pm
Ayurveda is the sister science of Yoga and allows us to have a deeper understanding of what it means to truly live in a healthy body.
Throughout this workshop, you will learn the fundamental concepts of Ayurveda which include how to understand your unique and individual body type so that you can best create an optimal lifestyle.
We will also learn how to work with the different cycles that occur in your inner and outer world, how to create a dinacharya (daily self-care morning and evening routines), and also learn the importance of having a sadhana (spiritual practice).
Through all of these tools, you will learn how to keep your body in an optimal state of balance.
We will end the workshop with a gentle breath and movement practice that will allow you to tune in to your body and align with the season.

InTensions For Good
On Giving Tuesday, December 3rd, join us for two donation-based classes at 5:30 PM and 7:00 PM to support our instructor Nick Harris' nonprofit, InTensions for Good. Nick’s mission is to provide essential supplies, food, clothing, and other necessities to houseless individuals in the Portland area during the holiday season.
100% of the proceeds from these classes will go directly to this meaningful cause. Let’s come together, practice with purpose, and make a real impact in our community!
