CANCELLATIONS

BOOKING WINDOWS

Classes can be booked 28 days in advance, beginning at midnight.

EARLY CANCELLATIONS

You have up to 2 hours prior to the start of class to cancel your reservation. No phone cancellations will be accepted. The only way to cancel your reservation is online. Once a spot is cancelled within the allowed timeframe, the class will be returned to your profile to be used at a future date.

NO-SHOWS/LATE CANCELS

When you no-show or cancel close to class, you are preventing others from attending. If you fail to show up for a class or cancel within 2 hours of the start time, a class will be deducted from your account (limited passes) and you will be charged $10 (unlimited/intro passes).

LATE ARRIVALS

If you have not signed in 5 minutes before class starts, your spot may be given to someone on the wait list and you will forfeit your spot. As it is disruptive to have people entering and leaving the studio during the class, and unsafe to you as the participant, late arrivals and early departures will not be permitted.

STUDIO ETIQUETTE

SHOES

To keep our studio and equipment pristine, we ask that you remove your shoes when you enter the studio.

LOST & FOUND

Any articles left over one month will be donated to charity.

MINIMUM AGE

No clients under the age of 16 are permitted at the studio. Clients aged 16-17 will require a consent form signed by a parent or guardian prior to attending classes.

CELL PHONES

Cell phones should placed on silent and not used during class. If there is an emergency, please let your instructor know.

GENERAL

It is very important to us that everyone feels welcome and comfortable at yogaRIOT. Please observe the following:

• Please treat everyone with respect. There is a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or abuse toward team members and fellow clients.

PURCHASES

CASH FREE STUDIO

yogaRIOT is a cash-free studio. We will gladly accept MasterCard, Visa, or Debit Cards as payment for services or products.

REFUNDS

All memberships, class packages, and retail sales are non-transferable and non-refundable.

PRICING & MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS

We reserve the right to change pricing and availability of pricing options at any time, for any reason. If an Autopay contract is affected, you will be provided with advance notice and the option to leave the contract without impact, at no penalty.

PURCHASES

yogaRIOT LLC takes the issue of security and privacy seriously. We respect our visitors right to both their privacy and security of their data. To that end, we collect and use information throughout our website only as disclosed below.

Personally Identifiable Information

yogaRIOT LLC collects personally identifiable information from you only with your knowledge and consent.

yogaRIOT LLC uses the services of one leading Software company, Momence Online (www.momence.com) for web scheduling, registration, order processing and online payments. Please visit their website to acquire information about the company and their Privacy Policies.

When you make a purchase through Momence Online, they ask for your name, address, phone number, email address and other personal information necessary to fulfill and track your order. For purposes of billing, you will need to provide your credit card type, number, expiration date and billing address for the card.

Momence also requires you to create an account by providing your email address and designating a unique access password for future access to your account information. Creating this account allows Momence to save your billing information so you won’t have to fill out that information again the next time you make a purchase on their site. For your privacy and security, credit card numbers are not stored in the Momence system.

The email address may be used to contact you directly regarding a schedule change or to provide you with a receipt of purchase.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information

We collect non-personally identifiable information from you in order for us to better understand how our website is used. Information about a user's visit is logged, however your IP address is never referenced to personally identifiable information. Usage statistics are gathered in a non-intrusive manner. The log files are private documents and are primarily used by the server administrator for error notification, server administration and to monitor website performance. Occasionally, portions of the log files may be viewed by others for the purpose of server administration, security or when required by law.

When you visit the yogaRIOT website, small text files known as "cookies" may be stored on your computer's hard drive. We customize certain Web page content based on your browser-type or other information provided by our cookie. yogaRIOT LLC does not use cookies to retrieve personal information about you from your computer. If you reject the cookie, you will still be able to browse our site; however, you may not be able to use the Momence site to purchase classes. This is because cookies are required by the shopping cart to retain the necessary information to process your order.

Is information shared with third parties? 

We do not rent, sell or exchange your name or other personally-identifiable information to third-party companies for any purposes. Under no circumstances will your personal information be disclosed to any third party unless we seek your express consent or are required to do so by law.

Our yogaRIOT Email List contains studio news, schedule changes and upcoming events.

By subscribing to our e-newsletter, you grant us explicit consent to send you e-newsletters as detailed above to the email address you provide. You may withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link, found in the footer of every email that we send to you. You may also withdraw consent by sending an email request to: [email protected]

We will not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third parties under any circumstances. By adding your email address to our mailing list, you can be assured that you are not signing up for more than you bargained. All information received will be kept confidential and used strictly for internal purposes. We will only use your email address to send our regular mailings and occasionally information about an event or update. We promise not to clog your inbox!

yogaRIOT LLC sometimes provides links to other organizations' websites. Unless we expressly say otherwise, a link to another website does not mean that we are responsible for, or that we endorse the content or policy of that website. When you provide information at one of those sites, you are subject to that site's privacy policy. yogaRIOT LLC may deem it necessary or appropriate from time to time to modify this privacy policy to reflect changes in the way yogaRIOT studios collect or use information or changes in privacy-related laws, regulations, or industry standards. Accordingly, yogaRIOT LLC reserves the right to change this privacy statement at any time by posting the revised policy on this site. Information will be handled according to the privacy statement in effect at the time the information is used. If we make any significant change to this policy, we will provide notice of the change on this website.
