PRIVATE YOGA
PRIVATE YOGA
Private sessions provide the tools needed to address any questions or concerns regarding your yoga practice. For students dealing with injuries, whether acute or chronic, you will work together with your instructor to find safe ways to modify your practice.
For students who want to establish a home practice, you will work together with your instructor to create a practice that is sustainable and tailored specifically to meet you where they are at.
Private Yoga sessions are great for brand new yoga students who are anxious about a group class, yet want to learn from a yoga instructor, and gain the tools to be comfortable in a yoga class.
They are also wonderful for the seasoned yogi who wants one-on-one time to work together, refining their already established yoga practice.
Whatever the reason, a private session is a great tool for all students offering a wonderful learning experience, in a stress free environment.
SEMI-PRIVATE YOGA
A semi private yoga session is designed for two or more yoga students who want to deepen their practice and practice with friends or family.
With all the same benefits as a private yoga session, a semi private yoga session is a wonderful opportunity to share the experience with loved ones, and motivate each other on your path to wellness.
While receiving personalized attention, you still get the benefit of practicing alongside others, fostering a sense of community and camaraderie.
These sessions can cover many different yogic topics, depending on what you are most interested in.
Students with ongoing or acute injuries will be addressed in these semi-private yoga sessions, meeting each student where they are at, thus practicing safely and finding ways to modify your practice.
Semi-Private yoga sessions are an excellent way to have a more private class setting tailored specifically to your needs.

EILA GUSTINA
Eila first encountered yoga throughout her life, but it wasn’t until 2017 that she began practicing regularly. At the time, she had just started college and made the decision to quit dancing, after years of intense training. Her body was suffering from past injuries, and she felt emotionally disconnected from physical movement. Seeking relief from chronic pain and to heal, she turned to yoga. What she discovered was not only physical healing, but also a way to manage the mental health challenges she had struggled with for years.
As her practice deepened, she became fascinated with the history and philosophy of yoga, finding it to be a constant source of comfort and strength, even in the most difficult times. In the spring of 2022, Eila traveled to Greece to complete her 250-hour teacher training with Bryony Giboin and Álvaro Carlos Molina, with the intention of deepening her own practice and understanding of yoga.
Eila now teaches dynamic classes filled with motion, warmth, and personal reflection. She is passionate about ongoing learning and is committed to continually growing in her practice and teaching.
