SLOW FLOW
A slow-paced, well-supported, and healing practice.
Postures are approached in gradual steps, with plenty of time to focus on breathing and repetition.
Find energy, strength, balance, and flexibility while staying kind and gentle to yourself.
This class provides a safe and supportive atmosphere, respectful of individual differences and challenges.
Props and modifications will be explained and encouraged, offering a compassionate and nurturing environment.
All levels Welcome.

A creative series of postures will be explored to build strength, balance, and flexibility while cultivating mindfulness through continuous flow.
This is an active class designed to inspire, challenge and energize! Melt away stress and leave feeling invigorated.
Enjoy a fun and encouraging class environment where all levels are welcome. This class is heated to 94-98 Degrees Fahrenheit.

The absolute perfect blend of Vinyasa Flow and Deep Stretch, this class will start out heated at 94-98 degrees Fahrenheit.
Enjoy a fast-paced, challenging vinyasa practice, linking breath to movement through a dynamic and creative sequence. Designed to strengthen and tone the body, increase stamina, improve balance, and increase flexibility, your stress will melt away leaving you feeling energized and invigorated.
Moving into a luxurious cool down, we will lower the temperature to 80-85°F and transition into Deep Stretch.
Slow down the pace, and hold yoga postures to experience a deep release in tight holding patterns, dissolving any remaining tension.
Be prepared to leave class in a puddle of pure bliss. All levels are welcome.

Experience the ultimate blend of gentle movement and deep tension relief in our "gentle flow & release" class.
Begin with a slow-paced, well-supported gentle flow, focusing on breath and gradual postures to build energy, strength, balance, and flexibility.
Then, transition into myofascial release using foam rollers and massage balls to unwind layers of tension, nourish tight connective tissue, and restore joint mobility.
This class provides a safe and nurturing environment, with props and modifications explained and encouraged.
Suitable for all levels, it's taught in a warm, cozy room (80-85°F) for a truly soothing experience.
