Does it feel intimidating to drop-in to a yoga class not knowing what to expect? Do you feel physically uncertain if you can even get into a yoga posture?
Join Eila Gustina and Brittany Moss in this four week beginner yoga series designed to support anyone who has ever wanted to try yoga in a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment.
Throughout this series each class will build on the week before ~ step by step guiding you through:Â safe & correct alignment in basic yoga postures; how to connect your breath to the poses; and discussion of the key concepts of yoga and why we practice.
Class size is small, allowing space for each student to receive the individual attention and help needed to learn how to practice basic yoga postures safely.Â
This is an open and collaborative environment, there will be ample time for your questions, and we will work together to build a practice that best serves you. This series will give you the tools to begin your yoga practice safely, confidently, and comfortably.Â

WHAT TO EXPECT
Join us on Wednesdays at 7:00 PM, from January 8th to January 29th, for a four-week journey into yoga. You'll join Eila Gustina and her teaching assistant, Brittany Moss, in a cozy, small-group setting. Our classes are limited to just 12 students, ensuring you receive personalized attention as you explore:
Basic Yoga Postures
Learn safe and correct alignment, with modifications tailored to your body.
Breath Connection
Discover how to synchronize your breath with movement, enhancing your practice.
Yoga Fundamentals
Engage in discussions about key yoga concepts and why they matter.

15-Minute Get-to-Know-You Intake: A personalized session before the series begins to understand your goals and ensure a tailored experience.

15-Minute Supportive Debrief: After the series, we’ll meet to discuss your progress, help you find the best path forward in your yoga practice, and answer any questions you may have.

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTORS
Eila Gustina (She/Her)
Eila has taught at yogaRIOT since 2022, where she shares her love for warm, dynamic flow classes. With a deep appreciation for yoga history and philosophy, Eila brings warmth and individual attention to each session, helping students challenge themselves and discover new strengths. She earned her 250-hour certification from Bryony Giboin in 2022 and is currently pursuing an additional 300-hour training, always eager to expand her knowledge of all things yoga. Eila is excited to guide you through this beginner series and is honored to introduce you to the transformative practice of yoga.
Brittany Moss (She/Her)
Brittany is a passionate and dedicated yoga instructor, certified in July 2023 after completing her 200-hour training. She has experience guiding traditional Bikram-style hot yoga classes, as well as vinyasa flows. She loves to offer modifications and alignment support to students, helping them deepen and expand their practice. Brittany is excited to assist Eila in this beginner series, helping you feel comfortable and confident as you begin your yoga journey.

WARM & COZY STUDIO
Our classes are held in a warm, cozy studio, gently heated to 80-85 degrees. The warmth helps to reduce muscular tension, improve flexibility, and enhance circulation, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated after each class.
