Our Beginners Yoga Series is designed just for you, guiding you through the foundational elements of yoga in a safe and nurturing environment.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Join us on Wednesdays at 7:00 PM, from January 1st to January 29th, for a four-week journey into yoga. You'll join Eila Gustina and her teaching assistant, Brittany Moss, in a cozy, small-group setting. Our classes are limited to just 12 students, ensuring you receive personalized attention as you explore:

Basic Yoga Postures

Learn safe and correct alignment, with modifications tailored to your body.

Breath Connection

Discover how to synchronize your breath with movement, enhancing your practice.

Yoga Fundamentals

Engage in discussions about key yoga concepts and why they matter.

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTORS

Eila Gustina (She/Her)

Eila has taught at yogaRIOT since 2022, where she shares her love for warm, dynamic flow classes. With a deep appreciation for yoga history and philosophy, Eila brings warmth and individual attention to each session, helping students challenge themselves and discover new strengths. She earned her 250-hour certification from Bryony Giboin in 2022 and is currently pursuing an additional 300-hour training, always eager to expand her knowledge of all things yoga. Eila is excited to guide you through this beginner series and is honored to introduce you to the transformative practice of yoga.

Brittany Moss (She/Her)

Brittany is a passionate and dedicated yoga instructor, certified in July 2023 after completing her 200-hour training. She has experience guiding traditional Bikram-style hot yoga classes, as well as vinyasa flows. She loves to offer modifications and alignment support to students, helping them deepen and expand their practice. Brittany is excited to assist Eila in this beginner series, helping you feel comfortable and confident as you begin your yoga journey.

WARM & COZY STUDIO

Our classes are held in a warm, cozy studio, gently heated to 80-85 degrees. The warmth helps to reduce muscular tension, improve flexibility, and enhance circulation, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated after each class.
